ITEM ONE: I direct that the expenses of my last illness and funeral be paid from my estate as soon as practicable after my death. ITEM TWO: I give my tangible personal property together with all policies of insurance thereon to my wife, Arlene V. Kline, if she survives me for a period of thirty (30) days. If she does not so survive me, I give my tangible personal property to my son, Elwood G. Kline, if then living, and if he is not then living, my tangible personal property shall be sold and the proceeds distributed as part of the rest of my estate. ITEM THREE: I have an individual retirement account at M&T Bank. I have named my wife, Arlene V. Kline, beneficiary of the individual. retirement account and have named my son, Elwood G. Kline, as secondary beneficiary on the said account. I hereby confirm my intent that the individual retirement account be distributed to my said beneficiaries in the order set forth herein. ITEM FOUR: I give five thousand (5,000) shares of the common stock of Orrstown Bank of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania or its successor to my son, Elwood G. Kline, or his issue, per stirpes. ITEM FIVE: I give four hundred (400) shares of the common stock of PNC Bank or its successor to my son, Elwood G. Kline, or his issue, per stirpes. ITEM SIX: I give one thousand (1,000) shares of the PPL common stock or its successor to my son, Elwood G. Kline, or his issue, per stirpes. ITEM SEVEN: I give all of the shares of Nuveen Pennsylvania Investment Quality Municipal Fund which I own at the time of my death, to my son, Elwood G. Kline or his issue, per stirpes. ITEM EIGHT: All the residue of my estate I give to my wife, Arlene V. Kline, if she survives me for a period of thirty (30) days. If she does not so survive me, I give said residue to my son, Elwood G. Kline, or his issue, per stirpes. ITEM NINE: In the event that my wife, Arlene, my son, Elwood, and all his issue fail to survive my death by thirty (30) days, I make the following specific gifts: A. I give the sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars to Joan Lee if she survives my death. ~ j 2 B. I give the sum of Ten Thousand ($10,000.00) Dollars to the Tri-County Society for Crippled Children and Adults, 2930 Derry Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. C. I give the sum of Five Thousand ($5,000.00) Dollars to the Special Olympics, 4076 Market Street, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. D. I give the sum of Five Thousand ($5,000.00) Dollars to the Camp Hill Lions Club, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. E. I give the sum of Five Thousand ($5,000.00) Dollars to the Helen O. Krause Animal Foundation, Inc. of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. F. I give the sum of Two Thousand ($2,000.00) Dollars to the American Cancer Society, 3211 North Front Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. G. I give the sum of Five Thousand ($5,000.00) Dollars to Leader Dogs for the Blind, Rochester, New York. H. I give the sum of Two Thousand ($2,000.00) Dollars to the Pennsylvania Association for the Blind, 2843 North Front Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, for use in diabetes related research. I. I give the sum of Two Thousand ($2,000.00) Dollars to the National Parkinson Foundation, Inc., Bob Hope Parkinson Research Center, Miami, Florida. K. I give the sum of Five Thousand ($5,000.00) Dollars to Marjorie Powell of 3885 Dawn Mar Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, if she survives my death. L. I give the sum of Five Thousand ($5,000.00) Dollars to the Stony Run Mission Church, R.D. #1, Richfield, Pennsylvania, in memory of Cloyd Z. Swartz, Derma M. Swartz, Alverta 3 A. Swartz, Mildred E. Swartz, Arlene V. Swartz-Kline, J. Floyd Kline and Elwood G. Kline. This gift is to be used to support the preaching of the gospel and the saving of souls. M. I give the sum of Five Thousand ($5,000.00) Dollars to Hospice of Central Pennsylvania, P.O. Box 266, Enola, Pennsylvania. N. I give the sum of Two Thousand ($2,000.00) Dollars to the American Heart Association, Capital Region Division, 1517 Cedar Cliff Drive, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. ITEM TEN: In the event that my wife, Arlene, my son, Elwood, and all his issue fail to survive my death by thirty (30) days, I give all of the residue of my estate of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate as follows: A. I give five (5%) percent of the residue of my estate to Jeanette Gresh, if she survives my death. B. I give five (5%) percent of the residue of my estate to James A. Kline, if he survives my death. C. All the residue of my estate, I give to Calvary United Methodist Church, 700 Market Street, Lemoyne, Pennsylvania. The principal of this gift shall be held in Trust by the Trustees of Calvary United Methodist Church and the net income therefrom shall be used only for the maintenance, repair and upkeep of the Lemoyne Church building. In the event that the Calvary United Methodist Church building at 700 Market Street, Lemoyne, Pennsylvania, ceases to be used as a place for worship by members of the Methodist faith before my death, this gift shall be void and the share otherwise passing to the United Methodist Church hereunder shall be paid to the Lemoyne Volunteer Fire Department. If, after my death, and the receipt by Trustees of the Calvary United 4 Methodist Church of distribution of the share provided for in this ITEM TEN C. of my Will, the Church building at 700 Market Street, Lemoyne, Pennsylvania, ceases to be used as a place for worship by members of the United Methodist faith, the Trust created herein shall terminate and the principal shall be distributed to the Lemoyne Volunteer Fire Department. I instruct my Executors to send a copy of this Will to each member of the Board of Trustees of Calvary United Methodist Church so they will know of my gift to the Church and the terms herein regarding the use of such gift. ITEM ELEVEN: I direct that such assets of my estate as maybe distributable to any beneficiary who has not attained the age of twenty-five (25) years as of the date for distribution be paid to a custodian for said beneficiary under the provisions of the Pennsylvania Uniform Transfers to Minors Act. I hereby authorize my Executor to select and appoint any person or trust company, including the Executor, as custodian to receive payment of such gift. ITEM TWELVE: All estate, inheritance, succession and other death taxes, imposed or payable by reason of my death, and interest and penalties thereon, with respect to all property comprising my gross estate for death tax purposes, whether or not such property passes under this Will, shall be paid out of the principal of my general estate, as if such taxes were administration expenses, without apportionment or right of reimbursement. I authorize my legal representatives to pay all such taxes at such time or times as maybe deemed advisable. ITEM THIRTEEN: I appoint my wife, Arlene V. Kline, Executrix of this Will and direct 5 that she be permitted to serve without bond and without any intervention of any court except as required by law. I authorize my Executrix to sell, encumber, mortgage, invest, distribute in kind, or retain any items of personal property of my estate in such manner as she shall deem proper, limited only by his own discretion. If for any reason my Executrix appointed under this Will should fail to serve in that capacity, I appoint my son, Elwood G. Kline, my Executor with the same powers and privileges set forth above; and, if my son, Elwood, should fail to serve in that capacity, then I appoint James Kline, Jeanette Gresh and Marjorie Powell, Co-Executors with the same powers and privileges set forth above.
