WHEREAS, an agreement was entrsred into between SCRAPE'S NOME
CATER, of 583+9 MOLLY PITCHER t~tGHWAY, MARION, PA 175
"CONTRACTOR ;and ~MN P. STQNDI,, 7R. AND CATHY E. STEIMEN. of 39
THOMP9~11 CREEL( DRIVE, SHIP'PENSBURG, PA 17257 "OWNER".
Whereby the said contraction undertook and agreed to perform certain work
necessary to erect a building on the real esta~be ~ tfie owners situate at 1225
MEANS HOLLOW ROAD, SFIIPPENSOilRG, PA 17257.
-That the saki Contractor, for and in consideration ~ the sum of One (#1.00)
Doter in hand paid to it by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby ac*no~ndedged,
and the further consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for itself
and its subcontractors, and aH parties aching through or under it or there,
cotirenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or daims shall be filed or
maintained by it or any of them against the said improvements and the lot of
ground ~purtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or rnateriais
furnished by it or any of them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in
or about the erected and construction of the said improvements on the lot above
described, and the said Contractor, for itself, its subcontractors and others under
it trereby expressly waives and relinquishes the right to have, file, and maintain
any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings or any of the
imprcrverr~ents, and agrees that this instrument, waiving the right ~ Herr, shall be
an independent covenant.
I WITNESS WHEREOF, the said contractor has executed this agreement
