AND NOW, this 28th day of OCTOBER, 2008, upon consideration of the Petition For Waiver of
Three Days For Marriage License Application and it appearing that JAMES A ANDERSON, JR. and
GAYLE ANN ELDER will apply on OCTOBER 28, 2008 for a marriage license and the Court being
satisfied that extraordinary circumstance demand it, the Clerk of Orphans' Court is hereby authorized to
issue said license immediately upon proper application thereof provided all provisions concerning
