With regard to the above estate, I'm enclosing herewith Inheritance Tax Return (in
duplicate) and Inventory (in triplicate). Please note that there is no tax owed.
As you requested in your letter of October 7, 2008, copy enclosed, I' also enclosing my
check in the amount of $30.00 made payable to the "Register of Wills" which represents the
filing fee.
Also enclosed is an extra copy of the Inheritance Tax Return which I would ask you to
please date stamp and return to me in the enclosed, pre-addressed and stamped envelope.
