AND NOW, this 31S` day of October, 20008, upon consideration of the within
Petition Pursuant To 20 Pa. C.S. §3354 for Partial Distribution of Real Estate in Kind, a
Citation is hereby issued to Nancy Faust and Louise McGuire as Co-Executrices of the
Estate of June L. Hammond, Deceased, to show cause, if any they have, why (1) the five
acres of the Hammond Farm comprising and surrounding the residence of Petitioner
Kenneth R. Hammond at 25 Covered Bridge Road, P.O. Box 81, Newburg, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, should not be awarded to him in kind; and (2) why an additional
40 acres of the Hammond Farm should not also be awarded to Petitioner Kenneth R.
Hammond in kind.
RULE RETURNABLE at a hearing scheduled for Thursday, December 11, 2008,
at 9:30 a.m., in Courtroom No. 1, Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania.
