MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SERVICES AND SEWER RATES
AND NOW, comes Monroe Township Municipal Authority, of 1220
Boiling Springs Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, by and through
its Solicitor, Jennifer B. Hipp, Esquire, and files the following
municipal claim against David S. Milletics and Teresa A.
Milletics, husband and wife, owning property located at 930 Nixon
Drive, Mechanicsburg, Monroe Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, 17055, their last known mailing address being: 930
Nixon Drive, Mechanicsburg, Monroe Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania 17055. David S. Milletics and Teresa A. Milletics
are the owners of all that certain lot of ground, including any
improvements thereon, being more fully described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in the
Township of Monroe, County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described in
accordance with a survey by Charles W. Junkins, Registered
Surveyor, on November 30, 1993, as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point marked by a pipe (found) on the
Northern side of Nixon Drive (fifty (50) feet wide), at the
corner of lands now or formerly of Charles A. Trimmer, Jr.;
thence along said line of lands now or formerly of the said
Trimmer, North 21 degrees 39 minutes 50 seconds West, a
distance of 236.89 feet to a pin in a maple tree; thence
along the line of lands now or formerly of Suzanne J.
Quesenberry, North 68 degrees 31 minutes 50 seconds East, a
distance of 119.77 feet to an iron pin (set) at line of
lands now or formerly of Patsy Ann Moore; thence along the
line of lands now or formerly of the said Moore and
continuing along line of lands now or formerly of Frank W.
Sheets, South 08 degrees 39 minutes 30 seconds East 242.02
feet to an iron pin (set) on the Northern side of Nixon
Drive aforesaid; thence along the Northern side of Nixon
Drive, South 67 degrees 45 minutes 00 seconds West, a
distance of 65.30 feet to a pipe (found) on the same at the
corner of lands of now or formerly of Charles A. Trimmer,
Jr., aforesaid, the point and place of BEGINNING.
HAVING THEREON erected a dwelling house known and numbered
as 930 Nixon Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES WHICH William D. Bailey and Frances
A. Bailey, husband and wife, by deed dated September 27,
1999 and recorded September 28, 1999, in the Cumberland
County Record of Deeds Office, in Deed Book 208, Page 560,
granted and conveyed unto David S. Milletics and Teresa A.
Milletics, husband and wife, Owners.
Tax Parcel No. 22-24-0781-017
Monroe Township Municipality Authority hereby files this
Municipal Lien for Services and Sewer Rates levied and assessed
from April 1, 2007 through and up to and including September 30,
2008 (Second calendar quarter 2007 through and including third
calendar quarter 2008). Said Authority services and sewer rates
were levied and assessed pursuant to Authority Resolution No. 02-

04, same being known as a Resolution of the Board of Monroe
Township Municipal Authority imposing user charges to be
collected from the owners of each improved property served or to
be served by this Authority's sewer systems; and providing for
payment and collection of such user charges. Attached hereto and
incorporated herein are the statements forwarded by Monroe
Township Municipal Authority to David S. Milletics and Teresa A.
Milletics for sewerage due to be treated from April 1, 2007
through and up to and including September 30, 2008 (Second
calendar quarter 2007 through and including third calendar
quarter 2008), which services total is in the amount of
$1,177.00, which sum was duly assessed against David S. Milletics
and Teresa A. Milletics, and the real property described herein
from the date of said billing statements as attached hereto, and
for which sum, with interest in the amount of ten (10%) percent,
along with penalties and all costs, including attorneys' fees, a
municipal lien is claimed against the above-described real
property and premises in accordance with the Act of May 16, 1923,
P.L. 207, §7, as amended, 53 P.S. §7101, et seq, as amended
(Municipal Claims and Tax Liens).

Dear Mr. Milletics:
I am contacting you on behalf of Monroe Township relative to your sewer accounts #820.
This account is delinquent. As of the last billing notice, same being dated August 15, 2008, the
delinquency is in the amount of $1,177.00 The purpose of this letter is to request that these
accounts be brought current. If the accounts are not brought current within thirty (30) days of
receipt of this letter, a Municipal Lien will be placed against real estate owned by you, same
being known and numbered as 930 Ninon Drive, Mechanicsburg, PA. This will result in filing
fees, service costs and attorney's fees. Attorney's fees that are incurred with respect to the
collection of this delinquent account will be assessed. Attorney's fees will be charged at the
cuurent rate. Attorney's fees will be imposed and/or assessed if this amount remains delinquent
after thirty (30) days from the mailing of this notice . The imposition of assessment of attorney's
fees may be avoided by you making payment in full of the delinquency within thirty(30) days of
receipt of this letter as set forth herein.
