Davis, DECEASED NO 21-2008-1113 DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WII~LS AND NOW, this 12th day of November, 2008, upon consideration of the Petition for Grant of Letters filed by Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company, for the above decedent and the instruments offered for probate as the Last Will and Testament, dated July 7, 2008 and Codicil, dated October 24, 2008, the Register of Wills having given consideration thereto, has made an official determination regarding the Last Will and Testament and Codicil and renders the following decision: IT IS DECREED that the Last Will and Testament consisting of four pages numbered 1, 2, 3 and 4 of 4 and the Codicil consisting of two pages numbered 1 and 2 of 2 are admitted to probate. The single page following the numbered pages of the Last Will and Testament and addressed to "To Whom It May Concern" is not admitted to probate as it is an unproven photocopy of a document. IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters Testamentary be granted to Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company.
