Account tiled including proposed schedule of distribution and suggested order of Court,
full disclosiue of legal issue set forth in Paragraph 14A of Petition. for Adjudication and
written notice of the filing of the Account and the call thereof for audit or confirmation
has been given to every unpaid claimant who has given written notice; of his/her claim to
the Accountant and to every other person known to the Account to have or claim an
interest in the Estate as creditor, beneficiary, heir or next of kin; that :such notice state the
date, time and place of the audit and that any objections to the account must be filed, in
writing, not later than the audit session of the Court. Copy of Notice is attached hereto.,

NOTICE OF FILING ACCOUNT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Floyd P. Shaffer, Executor of the Estate of Edna
Hazel Shaffer A/K/A Edna H. Shaffer, deceased, has this date filed his petitian for
Adjudication and First and. Final Account and Statement of Proposed Distribution in the
above-captioned Estate in the Cumberland County Register of Wills Office where the
same is filed as public record and may be inspected. Enclosed herewith is a copy of the
First and Final Account as filed and Petition for Adjudication.
Paragraph 14 of the Petition for Adjudication which is filed of recorci sets forth a legal
issue as to how the available funds are to be paid. Whether all of di~:tributable shared
Estate Assets goes to Floyd P. Shaffer or 75% goes to Floyd P. Shaffer and 25% goes in
trust for Luther Leroy Shaffer. Executor's position is that 100% goes to Floyd P. Shaffer.
See Paragraph 14 of Petition to Adjudicate, copy of which is attached.
YOU ARE FURTHER notified that any exceptions or objections to said account must be
filed in writing at the Cumberland County Clerk of the Orphans' Court Office Carlisle
Pa, not later than the audit day of said Account scheduled as set forth below.
UNLESS written exceptions or objections are filed theretot said Account will be
presented to the above captioned court at 9:30 A.M. on V A~ 200 at
which time said AAccount will be audited.
