follows:
1. Raven Meredith-Motter Jenks relinquishes her right
to dispose of the remains of the decedent, Daniel W. Jenks, in
favor of his father, Richard A. Jenks. It is further ordered.
and directed that Richard A. Jenks has the full authority to
dispose of the remains of the decedent, Daniel W. Jenks.
2. Raven Meredith-Motter Jenks shall be entitled to a
private visitation with Daniel W. Jenks at Ewing Brothers
Funeral Home commencing at 3:30 p.m. this afternoon.
3. Raven Meredith-Motter Jenks will not attend the
funeral services at Ewing Brothers Funeral Home commencing at
noon on November 19, 2008.
4. Raven Meredith-Motter Jenks shall be entitled to
attend the grave site ceremony at Westminster
commencing at approximately 1:30 p.m. on Novei
