Gentlemen:
I am enclosing a Supplemental Inheritance Tax Return on the above Estate. I received a
bill of Welfare Department after I file the original tax return. I am enclosing a copy of
the receipt of the lien from Welfare in the amount of $5,195.75. I called Harrisburg to
find out how to make an adjusted return and this is how they told me to do it. I hope it
meets with your approval.
I am sending this tax return in duplicate along with a check for $ 15.00.
