AND NOW, this 19`h day of November, 2008, upon consideration of the Petition for Grant of
Letters filed by Edward L. Stoner, for the above decedent and the instrument offered for probate as the
Last Will and Testament, dated January 13, 1999.
IT IS DECREED that the instrument be admitted to probate, with the obliteration of the words
"Old Rocker."
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters Testamentary be granted to Edward L.
Stoner. Edward L. Stoner shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of
Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
