LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF JOANNE M. STONER I, Joanne M. Stoner, of North Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last Will and Testament and revoke all Wills and Codicils previously made by me. ITEM I: I direct that my legally enforceable debts and ~ --- m funeral expenses, together with the expenses of the =~ administration of my estate, including any state, federal„c~~ ~ _ ~~ -; :--- other death taxes payable because of my death, shall be i~ fr~5m ~ ,' ~ N ; r my residuary estate as soon as practicable after my decease, as~-a `" - rn part of the expense of the administration of my estate. ITEM II: I bequeath my antique clock unto my son, Edward L. Stoner, provided he shall survive me. ITEM III: I bequeath my china closet and the soup bowls with red flowers unto my daughter, Trudy L. (Stoner) Wertz, provided she shall provide me. ITEM IV: I bequeath my wicker rocker and microwave oven to my son, Eugene R. Stoner, Jr., provided he shall survive me. ITEM V: I bequeath my hutch and unto my son, Dale R. Stoner, provided he shall provide me. ITEM VI: I bequeath my craftmatic bed unto my granddaughter, Stacy L. Stoner, provided she shall survive me. i V` ' ~ ` ITEM VII: I bequeath my bedroom suit, consisting of a bed, two dressers and a chiffarobe, unto my granddaughter, Debbie L. (Stoner) Sikes, provided she shall survive me. ITEM VIII: I devise and bequeath the rest, reside and remainder of my estate of every nature and wherever situate in equal shares unto my four (4) children, Eugene R. Stoner, Jr., Edward L. Stoner, Dale R. Stoner, and Trudy L. (Stoner) Wertz, provided, however, the share of any of my said children who predecease me or die on or before the thirtieth day following my death shall be distributed to his or her issue, per stirpes, living on the thirty-first day following my death and in default of such then living issue, such share be added to the shares for my other then living children and the then living issue, per stirpes, of my then deceased children. ITEM IX: I appoint son, Edward L. Stoner, Executor of this my last Will and Testament. Should my said son fail to qualify or cease to act as Executor, I appoint my daughter, Trudy L. Wertz, Executor of this my last Will and Testament. ITEM X: I direct that my personal representative, as well as their successors, shall not be required to give bond for the faithful performance of their duties in any jurisdiction.
