ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in the Borough of Camp Hill, County of Cumberland. and State of
Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at an iron pin at the northeast corner of Market Street and Hamilton Street (now 23rd Street); thence in a
northerly direction along the eastern line of Hamilton Street(now 23rd Street), 98.5 feet to an iron pin;thence in an easterly
direction along lands now or at of Harry F. and Lillie R. Young, 106.2 feet, more or less, to an iron pin; thence in a
southerly direction along land now or late of Leroy Houck, 101.15 feet to an iron pin in the tine of Market Street:thence in a
westerly direction along the northern line of Market Street, 103.6 feet to the place of BEGINNING.
HAVING THEREON ERECTED a dwelling being known and numbered as 2214 Market Street, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania
17011.
