presented to this Honorable Court, upon consideration thereof and on Petition of Neil W. Yahn,
Esquire of the law firm of James, Smith, Dietterick & Connelly, LLP, counsel for the Petitioner,
it is ORDERED and DECREED that an Order be awarded, and directed to Herbert lsaac Soller
to show cause at a hearing why Carol Rudnick Soller should not be appointed the temporary
plenary guardian of his person and estate.
The time and place of the hearing on the petition for appointment of a temporary plenary
guardian of the estate and person of the alleged incapacitated person is fixed for
2008, at ~~o clock,rM., prevailing time, in the Orphans' Court
Division, Cumberland County Courthouse, One Courthouse Square, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
At least twenty (20) days written notice of the hearing shall be given to Herbert Isaac
Soller, the alleged incapacitated person, for the purpose of the hearing to establish permanent

plenary guardianship of the person and estate, by serving him personally with the Citation and
this Order of Court and a copy of the foregoing petition, together with an explanation of the
content and terms of the petition; and at least ten (10) days written notice of the permanent
petition and hearing shall also be given to the next of kin and to the following parties in interest:
