Gordon, of Enola, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my will and revoke any wills or codicils previously made by me. ~~ n ~~ ~.~ MY FAMILY ~i-+,a~ _~ _. _~ ~J I. Children and Other Relatives. I am a widg~~d .Io have three adult children: Lorraine H. Wallace; Lynn M~ ~'dlan~'; and Barbara E. Zimmerman. I have no other children eithe~,natu~al or adopted, nor have I had any children who are decease' leavi issue surviving them. All references in this will to "my children" shall be limited to my three named children. I have seven grandchildren: Stacie M. Alberson; Erin M. Flanagan; Beth E. Griddle; Megan M. Flanagan; Matthew L. Toland; Rachel J. Zimmerman; and Cara Beth Zimmerman. I have four great grandchildren: Ashley Brook Alberson; Bradley Alberson; Blake Alberson; and Alevia Griddle. All references to "my grandchildren" and "my great grandchildren" shall include my named grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as any other children born to or adopted by my children or my grandchildren. The term "minor" shall mean any individual who has yet to attain the age of 18. GIFTS II. Diamond Pendant and Ceramic DOQS. I give my diamond pendant and my two ceramic dogs to my daughter, Lorraine H. Wallace. III. Tangible Personal Property and Household Effects. I give all other tangible personal property and household effects, including automobiles, together with all insurance thereon, to such of my children as survive me, to be divided among them as they may agree or, in the absence of agreement, in ~. .. _ r . equal shares, per stirpes. I have complete confidence that my executor will honor any written instructions that I may leave concerning the disposition of certain items. Without further responsibility, my executor may distribute property passing to a minor under this Article to the minor or to any person or entity to hold for the minor. I direct that my executor sell any undistributed property and add the proceeds thereof to my residuary estate. IV. Residuary Estate. I give the residue of my estate, real and personal: A. one-third share to Barbara E. Zimmerman for the benefit of her daughters, Cara Beth Zimmerman and Rachel J. Zimmerman; B. one-third share to Lynn M. Toland for the benefit of her son, Matthew L. Toland; and C. one-third share to Lorraine H. Wallace. Provided, however, that if any residuary beneficiary does not survive me but leaves issue who survive me, such issue shall receive, per stirpes, the share that beneficiary would have received had he or she survived. It is my hope and direction that my daughters, Barbara E. Zimmerman and Lynn M. Toland, use their respective shares of my estate for the sole benefit of their respective children (Cara Beth Zimmerman and Rachel J. Zimmerman; and Matthew L. Toland), including for their health, support, maintenance, or education. ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS V. Protective Provision. During the time any income or principal that is distributable to any beneficiary under my will is held by my executor, executrix, or trustee, no interest in or right to that income or principal may be sold or pledged or disposed of in any way by the beneficiary except to the extent I have specifically provided otherwise in my will. Until 2 distributed to and received by the beneficiary, the income and principal shall not be: A. applied in payment of any debt or liability of the beneficiary; B. subject to any interference or control of any creditor of the beneficiary or any public authority; or C. subject to attachment or seizure by any legal or equitable procedure. VI. Death Taxes. All federal, state, and other death taxes payable because of my death on the property forming my gross estate for tax purposes, whether or not it passes under this will, shall be paid out of the principal of my probate estate so that the burden thereof falls on my residuary estate, and so that none of those taxes shall be charged against any beneficiary or any outside fund. VII. Management Provisions. My executor (and her respective successors and survivors) shall have all powers given to them by law, including those specified in the Pennsylvania Probate, Estates, and Fiduciaries Code, or any successor statute. Unless otherwise required by law, my executor may exercise these powers as often as she considers advisable without having to seek or to obtain court approval. These powers shall extend to all property at any time held by my executor and shall continue in full force until the actual distribution of all such property. FIDUCIARIES VIII. Executor. I appoint my daughter, Lynn M. Toland, executor of this will. If, for any reason, my daughter fails or is unable to qualify, or refuses or ceases to act, I 3 appoint my daughter, Barbara E. Zimmerman, to serve as executor. I further direct as follows: A. Any individual executor may resign at any time without court approval. B.
