I, DOROTHY TAYLOR BECKLEY, a
resident of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
being of sound and disposing mind and mem-
ory, do make, publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all
Wills and Codicils by me at any time made.
ITEM I: TAXES. I direct that all inheri-
tance and estate taxes becoming due by reason
of my death, whether such taxes may be payable
by my Estate or by any recipient of any prop-
erty, shall be paid by my Executor out of the
property passing under this Will, which is not
specifically bequeathed or devised, as an
expense and cost of administration of my Estate.

My Executor shall have no duty or obligation to
obtain reimbursement for any such tax paid by
my Executor, even though on proceeds of insur-
ance or other property not passing under this
Will.
ITEM II: SPECIFIC BEQUESTS. I
hereby make the following specific bequests:
(a) All of my jewelry, which is not oth-
erwise marked, to my daughter,
SARAH ANN BARASCH;
(b) TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS
($200.00) to the SCHELLSBURG
CEMETERY ASSOCIATION,
Schellsburg, Pennsylvania;
(c) FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS
($5,000.00) to
companion, CLAI
if she survives me;
my friend and

($300.00) to KENNETH WILSON,
who has faithfully tended to the
grounds around my home;

named persons shall predecease me
and not be survived by issue, the
share of that person shall be divided
equally among the above persons

survive me, the issue of such de-
ceased person shall receive the share
of the deceased person, to include
any additions thereto occasioned by
distribution of shares which have

me without leaving issue who sur-
vive me;

(i) All of the rest of my household
furniture and furnishings, automo-
biles, books, pictures, china, linen,
silverware, wearing apparel and all
other articles of household or per-
sonal use and adornment in equal
shares to my children, SARAH ANN
BARASCH and THOMAS A.
BECKLEY, confident in the knowl-
edge, but not with the requirement,
that they will distribute such articles
as I may have indicated by labels
placed thereupon or as I would have

distributed them had I been alive and
making such distribution; and
(j) I specifically direct that my Executor
shall have the power to distribute
items directly to minor children,
should my Executor so elect, or, if
my Executor deems direct distribu-
tion to minor children unsuitable in
one or more cases, such items may
be delivered to the person(s) with
whom the minor resides or who has
the care or control of the minor,
without bond, and the receipt of such
person shall be a complete release of
my Executor. Further, should my
Executor deem it appropriate so to
do, my Executor may cause
securities being transferred to minors
to be titled in the name of one or
more guardians for the benefit of the
minors .

ITEM III: RESIDUAL ESTATE . I give,
devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue and
remainder of my property, real, personal and
mixed, as follows:
(a) FIFTY PER CENTUM (50%) to my
daughter, SARAH ANN
BARASCH, if she survives me or, if
she does not, per sirpes to her issue;
and
(b) FIFTY PER CENTUM (50%), IN
TRUST NEVERTHELESS, to
ALLF IRS T TRUST COMPANY OF
PENNSYLVANIA, N.A. as Trustee
of an Agreement of Trust executed
by me as Settlor in September, 2000,
for the benefit of my son, THOMAS
A. BECKLEY, with said property to
be distributed as a part of the assets

of said Trust. Provided, however,
that if said Trust does not exist or the
Trustee elects not to serve, this
bequest and devise shall go directly
to Thomas A. Beckley, if he survives
me or, if he does not, per stirpes to
his issue.
ITEM IV: EXECUTOR'S POWERS. In
the settlement of my Estate, my Executor shall
possess, among others, the following powers:
(a) To sell, either at public or private
sale and upon such terms and condi-
tions as my Executor may deem ad-
vantageous to my Estate, any or all
real or personal estate or interest
therein, whether owned by me sepa-
rately or in conjunction with other
persons or acquired after my death
by my Executor and to consummate
said sale or sales by suf~ dent deeds

or other instruments to the purchaser
or purchasers, conveying a fee
simple title, free and clear of all trust
and without liability of the purchaser
or purchasers to see to the applica-
tion of the purchase money or to
make inquiry into the validity of said
sale or sales; also, to make, execute,
acknowledge and deliver any and all
deeds, assignments, options or other
writings which may be necessary or
desirable in carrying out any of the
powers conferred upon my Executor
in this paragraph or elsewhere in my
Will.
THE FOREGOING NOTWITH-
STANDING, Idirect that my Execu-
tor shall not conduct a public sale or
auction at my home in Camp Hill,
Pennsylvania.

(b) To pay all costs, taxes, expenses and
charges in connection with the ad-
ministration of my Estate.
(c) To distribute my Estate in kind or in
money. In the event assets are dis-
tributed in kind, such assets shall be
distributed at their value(s) on the re-
spective date(s) of their distribution.
(d) To do all other acts in the judgment
of my Executor necessary or desir-
able for the proper and advantageous
management, investment and distri-
bution of my Estate.
ITEM V: GUARDIANSHIP OF AS-
SETS. If at any time any minor child shall be
entitled to receive any assets hereunder, the par-
ents of such child shall act as Guardian of the
assets payable to such child. Said Guardian
may receive and administer all assets authorized

by law and shall have full authority to use such
assets, both principal and income, in any man-
ner said Guardian shall deem advisable for the
best interests of such child, including college,
university, post-graduate or other education,
without securing court order. Said Guardian
shall have all the rights and privileges as to the
Guardianship(s) and the assets thereof as are
herein granted to my Executor as to my Estate
and the assets therein.
ITEM VI: SIMULTANEOUS DEATH.
Any person who shall have died at the same
time as me or in a common disaster with me or
under such circumstances that it is dif~ cult or
impossible to determine who died first, shall be
deemed to have predeceased me.
ITEM VII: EXECUTOR. I hereby nomi-
nate, constitute and appoint my daughter,
SARAH ANN BARASCH, and my son,
THOMAS A. BECKLEY, to be my Executors,

surviving spouse is 3°h l72 P.S. §9116 (a) (1.1) (i)].

Asper your request, I conducted an inspection and prepared a comparative market
analysis for Dorothy Taylor Beckley's home located at 2958 Maple Rd in Camp Hill, PA.
The purpose of this was to establish a fair mazket price for the home as of October 29,
2002. After inspecting the home and evaluating the comparable sales in the immediate
area, I have concluded that in its present condition a fair sale price for the home would be
$1 ] 0,000. The home is in need of repairs to the foundation, numerous cosmetic repairs,
new siding, and painting, but the home is in a good location and will be a positive factor

I, DOROTHY TAYLOR BECKLEY, a
resident of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
being of sound and disposing mind and mem-
ory, do make, publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all
Wills and Codicils by me at any time made.
ITEM I: TAXES. I direct that all inheri-
tance and estate taxes becoming due by reason
of my death, whether such taxes may be payable
by my Estate or ~by any recipient of any prop-
erty, shall be paid by my Executor out of the
property passing under this Will, which is not
specifically bequeathed or devised, as an
expense and cost of administration of my Estate.

edge, but not with the requirement,
that they will distribute such articles
as I may have indicated by labels
placed thereupon or as I would have

(j) I specifically direct that my Executor
shall have the power to distribute
items directly to minor children,
should my Executor so elect, or, if
my Executor deems direct distribu-

whom the minor resides or who has
the care or control of the minor,
without bond, and the receipt of such
person shall be a complete release of
my Executor. Further, should my
Executor deem it appropriate so to
do, my Executor may -cause
securities being transferred to minors
to be titled in the name of one or
more guardians for the benefit of the
minors.

ITEM III: RESIDUAL ESTATE. I give,
devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue and
remainder of my property, real, personal and

(a) FIFTY PER CENTUM (50%) to my
daughter, SARAH ANN
BARASCH, if she survives me or, if
she does not, per sirpes to her issue;
and
(b) FIFTY PER CENTUM (50%), IN
TRUST NEVERTHELESS, to
ALLFIRST TRUST COMPANY OF
PENNSYLVANIA, N.A. as Trustee
of an Agreement of Trust executed
by me as Settlor in September, 2000,
for the benefit of my son, THOMAS
A. BECKLEY, with said property to
be distributed as a part of the assets

that if said Trust does not exist or the
Trustee elects not to serve, this
bequest and devise shall go directly
to Thomas A. Beckley, if he survives

ITEM IV: EXECUTOR'S POWERS. In
the settlement of my Estate, my Executor shall
possess, among others, the following powers:
(a) To sell, either at public or private
sale and upon such terms and condi-
tions as my Executor may deem ad-
vantageous to my Estate, any or all
real or personal estate or interest
therein, whether owned by me sepa-
rately or in conjunction with other
persons or acquired after my death
by my Executor and to consummate
said sale or sales by sufficient deeds

or other instruments to the purchaser
or purchasers, conveying a fee
simple title, free and clear of all trust
and without liability of the purchaser
or purchasers to see to the applica-
tion of the purchase money or to
make inquiry into the validity of said

deeds, assignments, options or other
writings which may be necessary or
desirable in carrying out any of the
powers conferred upon my Executor
in this paragraph or elsewhere in my
Will.
THE FOREGOING NOTWITH-
STANDING, I direct that my Execu-
tor shall not conduct a public sale or
auction at my home in Camp Hill,
Pennsylvania.

(b) To pay all costs, taxes, expenses and
charges in connection ~ with the ad-
ministration of my Estate.
(c) To distribute my Estate in kind or in
money. In the event assets are dis-
tributed in kind, such assets shall be
distributed at their value(s) on the re-
spective date(s) of their distribution.
(d) To do all other acts in the judgment
of my Executor necessary or desir-
able for the proper and advantageous
management, investment and distri-
bution of my Estate.
ITEM V: GUARDIANSHIP OF AS-
SETS. If at any time any minor child shall be
entitled to receive any assets hereunder, the par-
ents of such child shall act as Guardian of the
assets payable to such child. Said Guardian
may receive and administer all assets authorized

by law and shall have full authority to use such
assets, both principal and income, in any man-
ner said Guardian shall deem advisable for the
best interests of such child, including college,
university, post-graduate or other education,
without securing court order. Said Guardian
shall have all the rights and privileges as to the
Guardianship(s) and the assets thereof as are
herein granted to my Executor as to my Estate
and the assets therein.
ITEM VI: SIMULTANEOUS DEATH.
Any person who shall have died at the same
time as me or in a common disaster with me or
under such circumstances that it is difficult or
impossible to determine who died first, shall be
deemed to have predeceased me.
ITEM VII: EXECUTOR. I hereby nomi-
nate, constitute and appoint my daughter,
SARAH ANN BARASCH, and my son,
THOMAS A. BECKLEY, to be my Executors,

death, disqualification, resignation, .refusal or
inability of either of my children to act as my
Executor, the other of them alone may serve. In
the event of the death, disqualification, resigna-

COMPANY OF PENNSYLVANIA, N.A.,
having offices in and around Camp Hill, Penn-
sylvania, shall serve as my Executor. My Ex-
ecutor and Guardian specifically are relieved
from the duty or obligation of filing any bond or
other security.
