Parcel Number 10-21-0277-176). A copy of the legal description for the referenced property is
attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
The above-captioned action affects ownership rights in the referenced real property and is
currently being litigated in the State of New Mexico, Seventh Judicial District, County of Sierra,
at Docket No. D0721-PB-2008-25.

ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or tract of land situate in the Township of Hampden, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point of intersection of the southern line of Chestnut Street and the eastern
line of Royal Oak Road; thence South 89 degrees 45 minutes East by the southern line of
Chestnut Street, 100 feet to a point; thence South 00 degrees 15 minutes West by the western line
of Lot No. 1, 110 feet to a point; thence by the northern line of Lot No. 3, North 89 degrees 45
minutes West, 100 feet to a point on the eastern side of Royal Oak Road; thence North 00
degrees 15 minutes East by the eastern line of Royal Oak Road, 110 feet to a point and place of
BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 2 on the Plan of Oakwood Park Extension No. 2, as recorded in Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, Plan Book 15, Page 60.
BEING the same premises which William R. Marietta and Morgan B. Marietta and Martin H.
Marietta, father and sons, conveyed until William R. Marietta by Deed dated January 19, 2000
and recorded October 19, 2004 in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, Deed Book 218, Page
1130.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to such easements, restrictions and conditions that may apply to the
afore-described tract of land, recorded or unrecorded.
