~~~Solle~-Jis appointed temporary plenary guardian of the person
and estate of Herbert Isaac Soller.
The time and place of the hearing on the
petition for appointment of a permanent plenary guardian of
the person and estate of the alleged incapacitated person is
fixed for January 8, 2009, at 2:30 p.m., in Courtroom No. 3
of the Cumberland County Courthouse, 1 Courthouse Square,
Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
At least twenty (20) days written notice of
the hearing shall be given to Herbert Isaac Soller, the
alleged incapacitated person, for the purpose of the hearing
to establish permanent plenary guardianship of the person and
estate, by serving him personally with the Citation and this
Order of Court and a copy of the foregoing petition, together
with an explanation of the content and terms of the petition;
and at least ten (10) days written notice of the permanent
