I, GLADYS M. KEEFAUVER, of Borough of Lemoyne, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make,
publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void
any and all Wills or Codicils at any time heretofore made by me.
ARTICLE I
I direct the payment of all my legal debts, and the expenses of my last illness and funeral
from my Estate as soon after my death as conveniently may be done. I direct that all taxes that
may be assessed in consequence of my death, of whatever nature and whatever jurisdiction
imposed, shall be paid from my Residuary Estate as part of the expense of the administration of my
Estate.
ARTICLE I!
I give and bequeath my Willit bedroom set unto REBECCA THEURER, New
Cumberland, Pe~msylvania, provided she survives me.

ARTICLE III
I give such of my tangible personal property as is set forth in a separate, dated and unsigned
letter of instruction, which I shall place with my Will, to the persons therein designated. If my
Executor or Successor fails to locate the letter of instruction, I direct my Executor or Successor to
disregard this Article.
ARTICLE IV
I give and bequeath to EAST HARRISBURG CEMETARY COMPANY, IN TRUST, a
sum sufficient to establish an endowment for perpetual floral placements on Christmas, Easter,
Memorial Day and the date of death of the following persons: my mother, Mary Morton (date of
death - February 8); my grandmother, Jermie Morton (date of death - January 23); my grandfather,
Robert F. Morton (date of death - September 15); my husband, Walter M. Keefauver (date of
death - May 12); and my father-in-law, John W. Keefauver (date of death - June 9); and for a
perpetual floral placement on my grave on my date of death ( a total of twenty-one annual floral
placements, which, according to 1993 prices, would require an endowment of Eleven Thousand
Five Hundred Fifty and no/one hundredths ($11,550.00) Dollars. In no event, however, shall such
sum be more than $11,550.00 plus an adjustment measured by the increase in the Consumer Price
Index from December, 1993 until the date of my death.
ARTICLE V
I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, of whatsoever
nature and wheresoever situate, as follows:
A. Twenty Five (25%) percent thereof unto ROBERT REGA and MARY REGA,
Ruffsdale, Pennsylvania, provided one or both of them survive me.

The remainder of my estate shall be divided into equal shares and distributed as
1. Two (2) such equal shares unto ZION LUTHERAN CHURCH, 15 South
4th Street, Harhsburg, Pennsylvania.
2. One (1) such equal share unto ROSALIN DeMARCO, Camp Hill,
Pennsylvania, provided she survives me.
3. One half(I/2) such equal share unto THE HUMANE SOCIETY OF THE
HARRISBURG AREA, INC., 7790 Grayson Road, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
4. One (1) such equal share unto KENNETH B. CONNER, M.D., Camp
Hill, Pennsylvania, provided he survives me.
ARTICLE VI
I direct that all estate, inheritance, transfer and other taxcs of similar nature payable by
reason of my death, together with any interest or penalties thereon, and imposed with respect to
any property, whether or not disposed by this Will, shall be paid out of the residue of my Estate. I
further direct that any and all such taxes shall be paid from and be deducted from my residuary
estate prior to the calculation of the shares of the residuary beneficiaries, so that each residuary
beneficiary, charitable or not, shall bear a portion of the burden of such taxes.
ARTICLE VII
I nominate, constitute and appoint ROBERT REGA, Executor of this my Last Will and
Testament, and to make distribution of my estate in cash or in kind, or partly in cash and partly in
kind and in such manner as he may determine. I authorize, empower and direct my Executor to

sell and convey, by good and sufficient deed, in fee simple estate, m~y and all of my real estate, at
public or private sale, for such price or prices, upon such terms and conditions, as in his judgment
is best for my estate, and to that end to sign, seal, execute, acknowledge and deliver all deeds or
other instruments necessary therefor, as effectively as I could do ifI were personally present.
In the event that ROBERT REGA fails to qualify or ceases to so act, then I nominate,
constitute and appoint KENNETH B. CONNER, M.D., Alternate Executor. In the event that
KENNETH B. CONNER, M.D., fails to qualify or ceases to so act, then I nominate, constitute
and appoint ALLFIRST TRUST COM[>ANY OF PENNSYLVANIA, N.A. alternate Executor
to complete the administration of my estate. I direct that no fiduciary appointed herein shall be
required to post bond for the faithful administration of the duties required in any jurisdiction.

discharged the duties of his/her office; that the foregoing Account is

I, GLADYS M. KEEFAUVER, of Borough of Lemoyne, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make,
publish and declare tlfis as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void
any and all Wills or Codicils at any time heretofore made by me.
ARTICLE I
I direct the payment of all my legal debts, and the expenses of my last illness and funeral
fi.om my Estate as soon after my death as conveniently may be done. I direct that all taxes that
may be assessed in consequence of my death, of whatever nature and whatever jurisdiction
imposed, shall be paid fi.om my Residuary Estate as part of the expense of the administration of my
Estate.
ARTICLE II
I give and bequeath my Willit bech-oom set unto REBECCA THEURER, New
Cumberland, Pennsylvania, provided she survives me.
ARTICLE III
I give such of my tangible personal property as is set forth in a separate, dated and unsigned
letter of instruction, which I shall place with my Will, to the persons therein designated. If my
Executor or Successor fails to locate the letter of instruction, I direct my Executor or Successor to
disregard this Article.
ARTICLE IV
I give and bequeath to EAST HARRISBURG CEMETARY COMPANY, IN TRUST, a
sum sufficient to establish an endowment for perpetual floral placements on Christmas, Easter,
Memorial Day and the date of death of the following persons: my mother, Mary Morton (date of
death - February 8); my grandmother, Jennie Morton (date of death - January 23); my grandfather,
Robert F. Morton (date of death - September 15); my husband, Walter M. Keefauver (date of
death - May 12); and my father-in-law, John W. Keefauver (date of death - June 9); and for a
perpetual floral placement on my grave on my date of death ( a total of twenty-one annual floral
placements, which, according to 1993 prices, would require an endowment of Eleven Thousand
Five Hundred Fifty and no/one hundredths ($11,550.00) Dollars. In no event, however, shall such
sum be more than $11,550.00 plus an adjusln'nent measured by the increase in the Consumer Price
Index from December, 1993 until the date of my death.
ARTICLE V
I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, of whatsoever
nature and wheresoever situate, as follows:
A. Twenty Five (25%) percent thereof unto ROBERT REGA and MARY REGA,
Ruffsdale, Pennsylvania, provided one or both of them survive me.

3. One half(I/2) such equal share unto THE HUMANE SOCIETY OF THE
HARRISBURG AREA, INC., 7790 Grayson Road, Harrisburg, Pemasylvania.
4. One (1) such equal share unto KENNETH B. CONNER, M.D., Camp
Hill, Pennsylvania, provided he survives me.
ARTICLE VI
I direct that all estate, inhehtance, transfer and other taxes of similar nature payable by
reason of my death, together with any interest or penalties thereon, and imposed with respect to
anY property, whether or not disposed by this Will, shall be paid out of the residue of my Estate. I
further direct that any and all such taxes shall be paid from and be deducted from my residuary
estate prior to the calculation of the shares of the residum-y beneficiaries, so that each residuary
beneficiary, charitable or not, shall bear a portion of the burden of such taxes.
ARTICLE VII
I nominate, constitute and appoint ROBERT REGA, Executor of this my Last Will and
Testament, and to make distribution of my estate in cash or in kind, or partly in cash and partly in
kind and in such manner as he may determine. I authorize, empower mad direct my Executor to
sell and convey, by good and sufficient deed, in fee simple estate, may and all of my real estate, at
public or private sale, for such price or prices, upon such terms and conditions, as in his judgment
is best for my estate, and to that end to sign, seal, execute, acknowledge and deliver all deeds or
other instruments necessary therefor, as effectively as I could do ifI were personally present.
In the event that ROBERT REGA fails to qualify or ceases to so act, then I nominate,
constitute and appoint KENNETH B. CONNER, M.D., Alternate Executor. ha the event that
B. CONNER, M.D., fails to qualify or ceases to so act, then I nominate, constitute
and appoint ALLFIRST TRUST COMPANY OF PENNSYLVANIA, N.A. alternate Executor
to complete the administration of my estate. I direct that no fiduciary appointed herein shall be
required to post bond for the faithful administration of the duties required in any jurisdiction.

Patriot News, which focuses on antiques and related events in central Pemasylvania.
Erica Shea Wineske, C.A.G.A.
Eriea Wineske joined Cordier Antiques and Fine Art in February of 2002. Ms. Wineske holds a Bachelor's
degree in Arts Management from Lebanon Valley College where she studied art lfistory and business
management.
Ms. Wineske has successfully completed the personal property certification program with the Certified
Appraisers Guild of America and is currently taking graduate classes in Appraisal Studies at New York
University. In November of 2003, Ms. Wineske completed the Uniform Standards of Professional
Appraisal Practice CLISPAP) course in conjunction with the Appraisers Association of America.
Erica Wineske is a graduate of the Harrisburg Area Community College Auctioneer's Program and is a
licensed Pennsylvama Auctioneer and member of the Pem~sylvania Auctioneer's Association. She is also

fine art and personal property, estate liquidations and the purchase and sale of fmc antiques and art.

David J. Cordier is co-owner of Cordier Antiques & Fine Art located in Camp Hill, PA. Mr. Cordier has
been an antiques and jewelry dealer since 1980 and an appraiser since 1990.
David Cordier of Cordier Antiques & Fine Art has successfully completed the personal property appraiser
certification progrm with the Certified Appraisers Guild of America.
Mr. Cordier is a graduate of wmterthur Museum's Winter Institute, a graduate level program in American
Decorative Arts. David Cordier has attended classes in appraisal studies in the fine and decorative arts at
George Washington University, Washington D.C. and the appraisal studies program at New York
University, New York. Mr. Cordier studied the arts and decorative arts in Pennsylvania at Penn State
University and holds a Master's degree in Business Administration fi'om Penn State Capital Campus.
Mr. Cordier writes a bi-weekly feature column, "Eye on Antiques", for Harrisburg's Daily paper, The
Patriot News, which focuses on antiques and related events in central Pennsylvania.
Erica Shea Wineske, C.A.G.A.
Eriea Wineske joined Cordier Antiques and Fine Art in February of 2002. Ms. Wineske holds a Bachelor's
degree in Arts Management bom Lebanon Valley College where she studied art history and business
management.
Ms. Wineske has successfully completed the personal property certification program with the Certified
Appraisers Guild of America and is currently taking graduate classes in Appraisal Studies at New York
University. In November o£ 2003, Ms. Wineske completed the Uniform Standards of Professional
Appraisal Practice (USPAP) course in conjunction with the Appraisers Association of America.
Eriea Wineske is a graduate of the Harrisburg Area Community College Auctioneer's Program and is a
licensed Pennsylvama Auctioneer and member of the Pennsylvania Auctioneer's Association. She is also
an active member of the American Business Women's Association and the Harrisburg Young
Professionals~
Ms. Wineske has worked as a tour guide and exhibit worker at the Suzanne H. Arnold Gallery at Lebanon
Valley College and has worked at Forma's Auction Company and Gallery in Annville, PA, The Classic
