South eighty seven (87) degrees West two hundred thirty eight (238) feet to a bolt in a gravel road;
Thence North thirteen (13) degrees East eighty five (85) feet to a point; thence North thirty six (36)

hundred forty (140) feet to a point; thence South thirty six (36) degrees forty seven (47) minutes twenty
