I, ROSEMARY SULLIVAN, currently of 6811 Salem Park Circle,
iechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania ,being of sound and disposing
find, do make, publish and declare this as and for my last Will and Testament,
~reby revoking any and all Wills and Codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST: I direct that all my just debts, funeral expenses and inheritance
xes be paid by my hereinafter named Executor or Executrix as soon after my
;cease as may conveniently be done. It is my desire that my body be cremated and
at the ashes be entombed at a national cemetery.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of
y estate to my husband, Richard R. Sullivan, if he shall be living at the time of my
;ath and survive me for a period of thirty days.
THIRD: In the event that my husband should predecease me or fail to
survive me by thirty days, I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue and
winder to my brother, Anthony J. Petrullo, to use for the benefit of his son and my
nephew, Dominic Petrullo.
-' LASTLY: I nominate, constitute and appoint my husband, Richard, the
Executor of this my last Will and Testament. In the event that he shall be unable or

decline to serve as Executor, I nominate, constitute and appoint my brother, Anthony
J. Petrullo, currently of Camp Hill, PA, the Executor of this my last Will and
Testament. I direct that my Executor shall not be required to furnish security in any
jurisdiction.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, ROSEMARY SULLIVAN, have to this, my
last Will and Testament, contained on this page and the foregoing one (1) page, set

each bearing the signature of Rosemary Sullivan, was by her signed, sealed,
published and declared as and for her last Will and Testament, in the presence of us,
who, in her presence and in the presence of each other, and at her request, have
hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.

whose names are signed to the attached or foregoing instrument, being first duly
sworn, do hereby declare to the undersigned authority that the Testator signed and
executed the instrument as her last Will and Testament and that she had signed
willingly and that she executed it as her free and voluntary act for the purposes
therein expressed, and that each of the witnesses, in the presence and hearing of the
Testator, signed the Will as witnesses and that to the best of their knowledge, the
Testator was at the time eighteen (18) years of age or older, of sound mind and under
no constraint of undue influence.
