Dear Sir or Madame:
Petition for Ancillary Probate
Per your recent request we are resubmitting a Petition for Ancillary Probate in the above
captioned matter so that the Executors, William F. Keller and Kurt H. Keller may sign them in your
presence.
As noted in our previous submission, Decedent died a resident of New Jersey and her Will
has therefore been probated in New Jersey. However, Decedent owned real property in
Mechanicsburg, Pennnsylvania and for that reason the Executors need to file for Ancillary Probate.
To that end, please find the following documents attached to the enclosed Application for Ancillary
Probate:
1. Exemplified copy of Decedent's Probated Will and Letters Testamentary and
related documents (Exhibit A);
2. Affidavit of Due Diligence from each Executor (Exhibit B);
3. Appraisal of Estate Property (Exhibit C);
We have included a check in the amount of $71.00 as requested by your office to cover the
costs of Ancillary Probate and four (4) Short Certificate Forms.

Dear Sir or Madame:

I, Sara H. Keller, residing at 35 Foxtail Lane, in the Borough of Hamburg,
County of Sussex, and State of New Jersey, being of sound and disposing mind, memory
and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament, hereby revoking all other testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me.
FIRST: I direct that all my just debts, funeral and administrative expenses
be paid by my Executors, hereinafter named, as soon as conveniently may be after my death.
SECOND: In the event a separate written statement, prepared and signed by
me, is attached to this Last Will and Testament, it is my intention to give the persons set forth
therein items of property described in said statement.
THIRD: I give to my sons, William Frank Keller and Kurt Hagen Keller all
of my personal property including any automobiles which I may own at the time of my death
and all household items to keep or to distribute as they so choose.
FOURTH: If I shall own any real estate at the time of my death, I direct my
Executors to sell same and apply the proceeds to my residuary Estate.
FIFTH: All the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, of whatsoever
kind and nature, whether real, personal or mixed, wheresoever situate, which I shall own or
possess or to which I shall be entitled at the time of my death, including all property over
which I have testamentary power of disposition or appointment, I give, devise and bequeath
to my sons, William Frank Keller and Kurt Hagen Keller in equal shares, share and share
alike, the children of either of my children who may have predeceased me to take the share
of his, her, or their parent.
LASTLY: I hereby nominate, constitute, and appoint my son, William Frank
Keller and my son Kurt Hagen Keller, residing at 502 Georgetown Road, Mechanicsburg,
Pennsylvania 17050, Executors of this my Last Will and Testament. I further direct that
neither my son, William Frank Keller, nor my son, Kurt Hagen Keller be required to give bond
for the faithful performance as Executors in this or in any jurisdiction.

To my Executors in office I give full power to bargain and sell, grant and
convey, at public or private sale, for cash or on credit, and upon such terms as my said
Executors may deem proper, any real estate or interest in real estate of which I shall die
seized or which may come into my estate. Said power of sale may be exercised for the
purpose of convenient distribution of the estate or for any other reason connected with the
administration of my estate. No purchaser of such property shall be bound to see to or be
liable for the application of the benefits of any such sale; nor shall such purchaser be obliged
to inquire into the sufficiency, necessity or legality of the exercise of this power.
Whenever it shall be necessary to make any division of my estate into parts or
shares, or to distribute the same, I authorize my Executors in their discretion to make such
division or distribution in kind, or partly in kind and partly in money, and to that end to allot
specific property or any undivided interest therein to any part or share, and the judgment of
my Executors concerning the relative value for the purpose of distribution of the property so
allotted, shall be final and conclusive upon all parties interested in my estate provided only
that such valuations be made in good faith.

DEFINRION OF MARKET VALUE: The most probable price which a property should bring in a competitive and open
