WHEREAS DAVID M. WILSON AND ~ ~ C. FORBES ~/~1~OL~lI~ entered into a contract with
DAVID M. WILSON AND ES
to provide materials and/or to perform labor necessary for the construction and erection or the alteration and repair of
(a) building(s) upon those certain pieces or parcels of land situated in SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP
CUMBERLAND County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:

preceding the recording of this stipulation to David M. Wilson and Caroline C. Forbes
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as part of the said
contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor or
materialman, nor any other person furnishing labor or material to the said contractor under this contract shall file a lien,
commonly called a mechanic's lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary within ten (10) days after date, in
accordance with the requirements of Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania, in such case provided (49 P.S. 1402).

ALL that tract of land in Southampton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin on the northern right-of--way line for Pike Court at the corner
of Lot No. 16 on the hereinafter described subdivision plan; thence by said Lot No. 16,
North 26 degrees 59 minutes 59 seconds East, 156.53 feet to an iron pin on line of Lot
No. 12 on the hereinafter described subdivision plan; thence by said Lot No. 12, South 63
degrees 00 minutes O1 second East, 75.00 feet to an iron pin at corner of Lot No. 18 on
the hereinafter described subdivision plan; thence by said Lot No. 18, South 07 degrees
34 minutes 04 seconds West, 158.44 feet to an iron pin in the northern right-of--way line
for Pike Court; thence in and along said right-of--way line for Pike Court, North 82
degrees 48 minutes 13 seconds West, 1.62 feet to an iron pin; thence in and along said
northern right-of--way line of Pike Court by a curve to the right on a circle having a radius
of 125.00 feet, for an arc distance of 42.39 feet, the chord of which is North 72 degrees
42 minutes 59 seconds West, 42.19 feet to an iron pin; thence in and along said northern
right-of--way line of Pike Court, North 63 degrees 00 minutes O1 second West, 86.12 feet
to an iron pin, the place of BEGINNING.
The above description was taken from a final subdivision plan for North Middle Spring
Estates by Eric L. Diffenbaugh, Professional Land Surveyor, which plan is recorded in
the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Plan
Book 91, at page 61. The above described lot is identified as Lot No. 17 on said Plan.
