BEING the right of way reserved by Stanley A. Snavely, from the tract
of land conveyed by Stanley A. Snavely to Joseph T. Barrick, by deed
recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder's Office at Deed Book X,
Volume 26, page 577.
BEING PART OF THE SAME PREMISES which Stanley A. Snavely, by deed dated
September 8, 2000 and to be recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder
of Deeds Office in Record Book , page , granted and
conveyed to Stanley A. Snavely and Rosemarie Merlino, husband and
wife. The said Stanley A. Snavely died on June 17, 2001, whereby
title vested solely in Rosemarie Merlino, his wife, by operation of
law. The said Rosemarie Merlino died on June 28, 2002, and Letters of
Testamentary were granted by the Cumberland County Register of Wills
to Jerry Harper, who executes this deed as Executor of the Estate of
Rosemarie Merlino.
