KERR, presently residing at 3445 Florence Street, Apt. #2, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, being in good health and of sound and disposing memory, do hereby make, declare and publish this as my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me. FIRST: I direct that my body be cremated and that the ashes be disposed of in accordance with the wishes of my children. SECOND: I direct that all my just debts, expenses of my last illness and funeral expenses shall be paid by my Executor, hereinafter named, from my estate, as soon after my decease as shall be found convenient. THIRD: I bequeath such of my tangible personal property as is set forth in a separate memorandum, which I shall place with my Will, to the persons therein designated.
