AND NOW, comes Robert M. Mumma, II, pro se, who hereby files the instant
Proof of Service as provided in the Orphans' Court Order dated May 13,2008 and states as
follows:
1. On April 2, 2008, the undersigned filed a Petition to Orphans' Court Division For The
Entry Of The Date Of The Deemed Denial Of Exceptions Under Pennsylvania Orphans' Court
Rule 7.1(f).
2. Pursuant to the Certificate of Service attached thereto, a copy of said Petition was also
served upon all counsel by first class mail on April 2, 2008.
3. In an Orphans' Court Order dated May 13,2008, Judge Oler issued a Rule to Show
Cause upon all interested parties to show cause why the relief requested in said Petition should
not be granted, with the Rule Returnable within 30 days of service.

4. The Orphans' Court Order dated May 13,2008 directed that Petitioner shall be
responsible for service of the Petition and Order; said Order further provided that Proof of
Service is to be filed with the Orphans' Court.
5. On May 22, 2008, the undersigned Petitioner served all interested parties and/or their
counsel of record with a copy of Judge Oler's Order dated May 13,2008 and a copy of said
Petition by first class U.S. mail, postage prepaid, to the addresses listed on the attached
Certificate of Service also dated May 22, 2008. Attached hereto is a copy of the Petitioner's
letter dated May 22, 2008 addressed to all interested parties and/or their counsel of record
enclosing copies of the Order and the Petition.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner hereby files the instant Proof of Service with the Clerk of the
Orphans' Court as provided in the Court's Order dated May 13,2008.
