AND NOW, this 27th day of August, 2008, upon consideration of the
attached letter from Robert M. Mumma, II, and the letter from George B. Faller,
Jr., representing that all interested parties agree to an extension of time to submit
an agreed-upon list of candidates to act as auditor in the above matter, the request
for an extension of time is granted and the list of agreed-upon candidates is due by
September 10, 2008. The Court will not consider recommendations for the
position that are not agreed to by all interested parties.
