AND NOW, this 10th day of September, 2008, upon consideration of the Motion
of Barbara Mck. Mumma and Lisa M. Morgan To Dismiss Objections Asserting Barbara
Mck. Mumma's Exercise of Withdrawal Rights under Article Seventh of Will Was
Invalid or Improper, and to the extent that this motion has not previously been acted upon
by the court, a Rule is issued upon Robert M. Mumma, II, and Barbara M. Mumma to
show cause why the relief requested should not be granted and the issue raised in the
motion is referred to the Auditor for review and report, either interim or final, with a
recommendation as to its disposition.
RULE RETURNABLE within 20 days of service.
