TO DISMISS OBJECTIONS REGARDING EXERCISE OF
WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS UNDER ARTICLE SEVENTH OF WILL
Bazbara M. Mumma, Respondent, by her undersigned counsel, hereby responds to
the Motion of Bazbara McK. Mumma and Lisa M. Morgan to Dzsmiss Objections Asserting
Barbara McK. Momma's Exercise of Withdrawal Rights under Article Seventh of Will Was
Invalid or Improper, and in support thereof states as follows:
Respondent hereby adopts and incorporates by reference the Response of Robert
Mumma to said Motion and respectfully requests that the Auditor grant oral argument on this
matter.
WHEREFORE, the Motion should be denied.
