Executrices' Emergency Motion for Protective Order, and of the Response of
Robert M. Mumma, II to the Executrices' Emergency Motion fir Protective Order,
and it appearing, inter alia (a) that Robert M. Mumma, II, has failed to attend a
noticed deposition of Lisa M. Morgan in the past, (b) that Ms. Morgan has
previously testified on the subject of the disqualification of Morgan, Lewis &
Bockius, and (c) that Robert M. Mumma, II, has declined in his response to the
motion to provide any basis for a conclusion that further testimony by Ms. Morgan
at this time would advance the inquiry as to disqualification, the motion for a
protective order is granted and the notice of her deposition is cancelled.
