AND NOW, this 5th day of November, 2008, upon consideration of the Motion by
Harry G. Lake, Jr. To Quash the Subpoena Issued by Robert M. Mumma, II or in the
Alternative for a Protective Order, and of the Response of Robert M. Mumma, II to the
Motion by Harry G. Lake, Jr., To Quash the Subpoena Issued by Robert M. Mumma, II
or in the Alternative for a Protective Order, and it appearing, inter alia, that Robert M.
Mumma, II has declined to specify the relevance of the testimony of Mr. Lake to the
issue of the disqualification of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, LLP, it is ordered and directed
as follows:
1. The motion is granted to the extent that the subpoena is
quashed; and
2. No other relief is afford ed to Harry G. Lake, Jr.
