Reconsideration filed on October 24, 2005. by Robert M. Mumma, If, pro sc, with respect
to this Court's discovery order dated October 10, 2005, and the Answer of Barbara McK.
Mumma and Lisa M. Morgan to the said motion, and it appearing that the court deferred
the matter by order of court dated October 26, 2005, to Taylor P. Andrews, Csq., Auditor,
for purposes of an interim report and reconunended order on the subject, and the court
having then entered an order dated November 17, 2005, denying the motion without
benefit of the auditor's interim report and rccommendcd order, the order dated November
17, 2005, is vacated as having been improvidently entered and the order of court dated
October 26, 2005, shall remain in full force and effect.
