This appeal has been taken from the August 29, 2005 order denying
without prejudice appellant's motion for recusal of the trial court judge.
An order denying a motion for recusal is Interlocutory and not appealable.
See Kreig v. Kreig, 743 A.2d 509 (Pa. Super. 1999); Kenis v. Perini
Corp., 682 A.2d 845 (Pa. Super. 1996). The final, appealable order in a
decedent's estate generally is the confirmation of the personal
representative's final account. Estate of Borkowski, 794 A.2d 388 (Pa.
Super. 2002); Estate of Meininger, 532 A.2d 475 (Pa. Super. 1987).
Accordingly, the appeal at No. 1546 MDA 2005 is QUASHED as
interlocutory.
