Plaintiff, FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY, A Delaware Limited Liability Company, (hereinafter referred to as "Plaintiff') with its place of business at P.O. Box 6508, Mesa, AZ 85216-6508, is authorized to transact business within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. 2. Defendant, Nancy J Vreeland, is an individual who resides at 664 Shannon Rd Boiling Sprgs, Pa 17007-0502. 3. At all times relevant, Plaintiff, was in the business of loaning money on motor vehicle installment contracts and leasing vehicles financed by FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY, A Delaware Limited Liability Company, including but not limited to the lease agreement entered into by the Defendant(s), hereinafter more fully described. A copy of the Lease Agreement which is attached and marked as Exhibit A. 4. On or about April 17, 2006 the Defendant(s) entered into a written Lease Agreement, (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") with FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY, A Delaware Limited Liability Company, for the purpose of leasing a 2004 Ford F-150 in the amount of 34952.02. (See Exhibit A). 5. Since the commencement of the Contract, Defendant(s), made regular monthly payment up to and until, December 17, 2007 but failed to make any further payment, thereby in default of the Contract. 6. As the result of the default by Defendant(s), and pursuant to the terms of the Contract, all balances due on the Contract are due and payable. 7. By reason of the default, Defendant(s) is indebted to Plaintiff in the sum of $ 2878.88, no part of which has been paid. 8. In addition to the foregoing, there is due from the Defendant(s), reasonable attorneys fees in the amount of $719.72. 9. The total amount due and owing to Plaintiff is $3598.60. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff, FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY, A Delaware Limited Liability Company requests judgment in their favor and against the Defendant in the amount of $3598.60 as well as cost of suit; and any other and further relief as this Court may deem equitable and just. , P.C.
