LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF HELEN J. BISSELL
I, HELEN J. BISSELL, of the Borough of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish
and declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all prior
Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.
I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as
the same can conveniently be done.
2.
All the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate, real, personal and mixed, whatsoever and
wheresoever situate, I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved children in equal shares, m
stix:pes, to wit: CHARLES B. BISSELL and CHARLOTTE ANN BISSELL HORUN.
3.
In the event, however, that both of my said children should predecease me, and neither of
them is survived by issue, then I direct that my estate be divided and distributed as follows:
a.) In the event at the time of my death I am still possessed of my residential
property at 206 East Main Street, Mechanicsburg, I give and devise the said
premises and the household furnishings therein to my niece, MARILYN
HABERCHAK. In the event she predeceases me, this devise shall lapse and shall
be considered part of the general residue of my estate.
b.) The balance to be distributed as follows:
L) Ten (10%) per cent to TRINITY LUTHERAN CHURCH
OF MECHANICS BURG. This gift shall be specifically conditional
in that it can only be used for building, building maintenance and/or
improvement.
ii.) Twenty (20%) per cent to UNITED CEREBRAL PALSY
OF THE CAPITAL AREA.

I nominate, constitute and appoint my son and daughter, CHARLES B. BISSELL and
CHARLOTIE ANN BISSELL HORUN, to be the Co-Executors of this my Last Will and
Testament. In the event that they should predecease me or for any reason be unwilling or unable to
act as such Co-Executors, I nominate, constitute and appoint FARMER'S TRUST COMPANY of
Carlisle, to be Executor in their place and stead. I further direct that they shall not be required to
file bond or other security in the Office of the Register of Wills for the purpose of administering
my Estate.

The statute does nol exemnt a transfer to a surviving spouse from tax, and the statutory requirements for disclosure of assets and filing a tax retum are still applicable even if
the sUlViving spouse is the only beneficiary.

The tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers from a deceased child twenty-one years of age or younger at death to or for the use of a natural parent, an adoptive parent,
or a stepparent of the child is 0% [72 P.S. ~9116(a)( 1.2)].
The tax rate imposed on the net ,aiue of transfers to or for the use of the decedent's lineal benefi~aries is 4.5%, except as noted in 72 P.S. s9116(1.2) [72 P.S. 19116(a)(1)].

Wills by me at any time heretofore made.

I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as
the same can conveniently be done.

HABERCHAK. In the event she predeceases me, this devise shall lapse and shall

OF MECHANICSBURG. This gift shall be specifically conditional
in that it can only be used for building, building maintenance and/or

I, HELEN J. BISSELL, of the Borough of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish
and declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all prior
Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.
I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as
the same can conveniently be done.
2.
All the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate, real, personal and mixed, whatsoever and
wheresoever situate, I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved children in equal shares, m
stirpes, to wit: CHARLES B. BISSELL and CHARLOTTE ANN BISSELL HORUN.
3.
In the event, however, that both of my said children should predecease me, and neither of
them is survived by issue, then I direct that my estate be divided and distributed as follows:
a.) In the event at the time of my death I am still possessed of my residential
property at 206 East Main Street, Mechanicsburg, I give and devise the said
premises and the household furnishings therein to my niece, MARIL YN
HABERCHAK. In the event she predeceases me, this devise shall lapse and shall
ANIMAL SHELlER of Dillsburg.
4.
I nominate, constitute and appoint my son and daughter, CHARLES B. BISSELL and
CHARLOTTE ANN BISSELL HORUN, to be the Co-Executors of this my Last Will and
Testament. In the event that they should predecease me or for any reason be unwilling or unable to
act as such Co-Executors, I nominate, constitute and appoint FARMER'S TRUST COMPANY of
Carlisle, to be Executor in their place and stead. I further direct that they shall not be required to
file bond or other security in the Office of the Register of Wills for the purpose of administering
my Estate.
