ANTI-LIEN (STIP1 AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made this Fifth day of September the year Two Thousand Eight by and between,
Leer Electric Inc.
party of the first part, hereinafter called the Contractor and
Cumberland Valley School District
Party of the second part, hereinafter called the Owner.
WITNESSETH that the Contractor has, by an instrument dated September 5, 2008
entered into an Agreement with the Owner for the ,
Furnish and Installation of all electrical facilities and equipment as shown and required by the contract drawings and
specifications.
AND WHEREAS the Contractor has covenanted and agreed therein to enter into an additional Agreement with the Owner
stipulating that no lien or liens of any kind shall be filed against the above building or the appurtenances thereto.
NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH that the Contractor, for and in consideration
of the awarding to him of the said contract, as well as for the sum of $513,250.00 to
him in hand paid by the Owner, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, promises and agrees that no Mechanic's Lien or
Liens shall be filed against the aforesaid building or appurtenances thereto by any sub-contractors, material men, mechanics,
laborers or any one for material furnished, work done or services rendered of any kind whatsoever for or about or on account
of the aforesaid building or on the credit thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said parties hereunto set their hand and seals on the day and year first above written.
