Matter, Jr., a distribution in the amount of $8,000.00 is to be made to Decedent's sister, Dorothy Ann Johns, provided she survived Decedent. Neither Decedent's husband nor her sister survived Decedent. Decedent's Will provides that the residue of the estate is to be distributed to the "Trustees of the Church of God Home for Children." The Church of God Home for Children recently changed its name to Smoky Mountain Children's Home.
