JOHN D. KILLIAN, Executor of the Estate of Sarah J. Matter, Deceased, hereby
declares under oath that he has fully and faithfully discharged the duties of his office; that
the foregoing First and Final Account is true and correct and fully discloses all significant
transactions occurring during the accounting period; that all known claims against the
Estate have been paid in full; that, to his knowledge, there are no claims outstanding
against the Estate; that all taxes presently due from the Estate have been paid; and that the
grant of Letters Testamentary and the first complete advertisement thereof occurred more

Notice is hereby given that the Account of John D. Killian, Executor of the Estate
of the above-named Decedent, was filed in the office of the Register of Wills of
Cumberland County, on Friday, December 12, 2008 ,and that the same will be
presented for audit before the presiding Judge of the Orphans' Court Division of
Cumberland County, Cumberland County Court House, Carlisle, Pennsylvania on
January 13, 2009. The time and place of the Audit is Court Room # 1 at 9:30 A.M.
A copy of the account and proposed distribution is enclosed for your inspection.

(a) An Account of John D. Killian, Executor of the Estate of the above-named Decedent,
was filed on Friday, December 12, 2008 , in the office of the Register of Wills of
Cumberland County, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and will be presented for audit in the
Orphans' Court on January 13, 2009.
The time and place of the Audit is 9:30 a.m. in Court Room #l . If you do not agree
with the Account or proposed distribution, you may file objections with the Register
of Wills of Cumberland County, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, no later than 9:00 a.m. on

of persons known to have interest preceding such charitable interest, and the

Decedent's gross estate is valued at $652,360.70. Decedent's Will provides that if
Decedent is not survived by her husband, Harold E. Matter, Jr., a distribution in the
amount of $8,000.00 is to be made to Decedent's sister, Dorothy Ann Johns,
provided she survived Decedent. Neither Decedent's husband nor her sister survived
Decedent. Decedent's Will provides that the residue of the estate is to be distributed
to the "Trustees of the Church of God Home for Children." The Church of God
Home for Children recently changed its name to Smoky Mountain Children's Home.
As such, Smoky Mountain Children's Home is entitled to distribution of Decedent's
entire net estate (gross estate minus debts of Decedent, estate administration
expenses, and death taxes).
