AND NOW, this 15th day of December 2008, after hearing testimony on the Praecipe for
Register's Hearing on Petition for Probate, and the burden of proof having been met, IT IS
DECREED that the document purported to be the Last Will and Testament of T. Sandra Nazay,
deceased, is admitted to probate. IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters Testamentary shall be
granted to Ruth Nazay.
Ruth Nazay shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of Pennsylvania and
shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
