ROBERT M. MUMMA. II FOR LEAVE TO WITHDRAW
TO THE PROTHONOTARY:
Jon A. Baughman, Esquire ("Petitioner") hereby
petitions the Court for Leave to withdraw as Counsel to Robert M.
Mumma, II in the above-captioned matter. In support of this
Petition, Petitioner avers the following:
1. Petitioner has served as counsel for Robert M.
Mumma, II in this matter since 1989.
2. However, other counsel, including Mr. Costopou1os,
Mr. Shields, and members of the firm of Buchanan, Ingersoll have
all acted as counsel for Mr. Mumma in this or related
proceedings.
3. Mr. Mumma has advised that he does not want
Petitioner to continue as counsel for him in this litigation.
4. Disputes have arisen between Petitioner and Mr.

Mumma such that Petitioner's further representation of him would
be inconsistent with the Rules of Professional Responsibility.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests that the
Court grant the instant Petition for withdraw as counsel for
Robert M. Mumma, II and enter the proposed order accompanying
this Petition.
