NOTICE Of EXCEPTIONS OR OBJECTIONS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following exceptions to the Fourth end Final Account in the
above captioned EsbJ1e are being filed to said Account in order to protect the on-going rigtl15 ofBalbara M.
Mumma to receive acceptable 8IISWelS on these issues:

The trus1ees have allocated over $2,800,000 af~ against tlte pri1:'cipal of the estate. This
treatment bas been consistent through all the CKGOUntinS periods and for both the estate and the trust.
On tile !nlTface, it appears most of these expenses should have been charged againstincomc. They
itK:lude the executrix. fees, property taxes, legal and professional fees, mtpense5 related to maintaining
an office for the estate, office expenses, income taxes, travel aDd meals, personal propetty taxes, utJ1ities
and maintenance ~ts associated with tile Sailfish Point Home.
Tn the ca..e of the trust. this treatment results in a distortion in the distribution to the income beneficiary
and the remainder beneficiaries. It is possible the same impact would apply to the es1ate. A tespODSe to
this issue is requested.
LOSSES ON HORSE OPERATION:
Operating losses on the horse operation haw been treatecl in the accounting similar to the above item.
The resulting net loss from this activity was reduced from the principal of the estate rather th80 treated
as an offset against other estate activities that produced net income. A response to this issue is
requested.
ACCOUNTING OF ESTATE ASSETS:
The accounting ahowins the initialasscts received into the trust appears to bave omitted several
