Your calendar will reflect that a hearing has been scheduled before you on a Petition to
Terminate Residency Rights which I filed on behalf of the Executrix of the Estate of George M.
Turner. The hearing is scheduled for December 22, 2008 at 9:30 a.m.
I am writing to advise you that I am this date filing a Praecipe with the Clerk of the Orphans'
Court withdrawing the above Petition. Accordingly, there will be no need for the hearing on the
Petition scheduled above.
