more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern right-of-way line of Summit Way, that is located at the
southwestern comer of Lot No. 61 being the southeastern corner of Lot No. 62; thence along the northern
right-of-way line of Summit Way on a curve to the left with a radius of 425.00 feet with an arc length of
81.51 feet having a chord with a distance of 81.38 feet and a chord bear/ng of South 82 degrees 17
minutes 56 seconds West to a point; thence along the same South 76 degrees 48 minutes 17 seconds West
by a distance of 23.29 feet to a point; thence along Lot No. 63 North 13 degrees I 1 minutes 43 seconds
West by a distance of 135.21 feet to a point; thence along Lot No. R North 85 degrees 45 minutes 24
seconds East by a distance of 135.25 feet to a point; thence along Lot No. 6I South 00 degrees 16
minutes 22 seconds West by a distance of 125.41 feet to a point on the northern right-of-way line of
Summit Way; the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING: area 15,315 square feet (0.35 acres).

BEARISH to the said CARLSON CONSTRUCTION
to commence work on the said building· or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said
contract with CARLSON CONSTRUCTION and the further
consideration of One Dollar. to CARLSON CONSTRUCTION paid
by JOHN K. LEARISH AND GERALYNN A. LEARISH , it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
[uilding by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any
labor, or materials purchased· or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such
liens being expressly waived.
