LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, MARY MARGARET COFFEY FREEMAN, of 76 West King S eet, Borough of
Shippensburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory nd disposition, do
hereby make, publish and declaze this my Last Will and Tes±ament, hereby revoking d making void all
wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST. I order and direct the payment of all Tny legally
expenses as soon as may be convenient after my decease.
SECOND. It is my intent and desire that I be buried in the Frank L.
located in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania.
THIRD. I give and bequeath my twelve (12) piece sterling silverware ;
in the dining room of my home, to JAMES W. and SANDRA `.V. FREEMAN, or the
FOURTH. I give and bequeath my twelve (12) piece place setting of
gazden pattern) and my diamond dinner ring with eight (R) small stones, to
KATHLEEN COFFEY.
FIFTH. I give and bequeath the fidl sum of Four Thousand Dollars

NINTH. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainde of my estate, real,
personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situate, to my beloved son, F NK COFFEY, III,
currently residing at 301 Allenview Drive, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pe Sylvania 17055.
TENTH. In the event my said son, Frank Coffey, III, should predeceas me or is not living
on the sixtieth (60) day following my death, I then give, devise and bequeath m said estate to my
grandson, DAVID J. COFFEY, on a per stirpes distribution basis.
ELEVENTH. I nominate, constitute and appoint my son, FRANK COF EY, III, to be the
Executor of this my Last Will and Testament; if he be unable to fulfill the duties f Executor, I then
nominate, constitute and appoint my grandson, DAVID J. COFFEY, to be the Exec for of this my Last
Will and Testament.
TWELFTH. I direct that my personal representative shall not be required tb give bond for the
faithful performance of their duties in any jurisdiction.
THIRTEENTH. I hereby direct that all federal, state and other death t es payable because
of my death, with respect to the property forming my gross estate for tax purpo es, whether or not
passing under this Will, including any interest or penalty imposed in connection with such taxes, shall be
considered a part of the expense of administration of my estate and that such be pai out of the rest and
residue of my estate.
FOURTEENTH. I direct my Executor to retain the services of JE Y A. WEIGLE,
ESQUIRE, of WEIGLE, PERKINS & ASSOCIATES, with respect to the settlement of my estate due to
his familiarity with my affairs.
