The Petition of Phoebe A. Brinley respectfully states that:

1. On November 20, 2008, a Decree was entered by the Honorable Ke J

in A. Hest;
appointing Kimberly A. Lamazca and Elaine Brinly as Co-Guazdians in the Estate o Samantha ~'°
M. Brinley, a minor born on August 23, 1994.
2. Said order required that certain funds to which Samantha M. Brinley is entitled
shall be placed in an account not to be withdrawn before August 23, 2015, which is the twenty-
first birthday of the subject minor.
3. Petitioner desires that said Decree be amended to provide that the ds are not to
be withdrawn before August 23, 2012, the eighteenth birthday of the subject minor, so that those
funds may be available for the minor's college education.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests that this Court amend its pri r order
