STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS

THIS AGREENENT made this ~ day of 2008, by and
between Hoffman's Customs Contracting, Inc., of 35 Chelsea Lane,
Cumberland County, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to
as Contractor,
AND
Lauren R. Balmer and Stephanie S. Ba].m~uer, husband and wife,
hereinafter referred to as Owners. Whereby the contractor
undertook and agreed to erected and construct a dwelling on the
certain lot of ground situate in the Borough of Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and more fully
described in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof known as Lot 18, Mooreland Mews, 250 Parker Street,
Carlisle, PA 17013.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREE~1'P WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar to
Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and its, his
or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under
them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall
be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under them,
hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and
maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings
or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right
of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

Exhibit A
ALL that certain tract of land situate in the Third Ward of the Borough of Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being Lot No. 18 as shown on the final Subdivision and
Land Development Plan for Mooreland Mews prepared by Brehm-Lebo Engineering, Inc.
dated June 18, 2007 and revised October 1, 2007 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder
of Deeds as Instrument No. 200739383, more particularly bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin (set) on the western right of way line of Parker Street (60 feet
wide) at the common corner for Lot No. 17 and Lot No. 18 as shown on the aforementioned
Final Subdivision Land Development Plan; thence along the western right of way line of
Parker Street South 15 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 60.00 feet to an
iron pin (set); thence along the northern line of Lot No. 19 North 74 degrees 45 minutes 00
seconds West a distance of 118.00 feet to an iron pin (set) on the eastern line of Phillips
Avenue (a 20 foot wide private right of way); thence along the eastern line of Phillips
Avenue North 15 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 60.00 feet to an iron pin
(set); thence along the southern line of Lot No. 17 South 74 degrees 45 minutes 00 seconds
East a distance of 118.00 feet to an iron pin (set), the point of BEGINNING.
