1. Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Return, in duplicate, showing tax due in the sum of
$3,867.00. We are making payment within three months of Mr. Failor's death
(October 9, 2008) in order to qualify for the 5% discount for early payment.;
2. Check in the sum of $3,674.00 in payment of Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax;
3. Inventory;
4. Check in the sum of $30.00 in payment of your filing fees; and
5. A copy of this letter, with the hrst page of Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Return and
Inventory attached, which we ask that you time stamp and return in the enclosed
self-addressed and stamped envelope.
