AND NOW, this 31 sc day of December, 2008, upon consideration of the Petition for Probate and
Grant of Letters filed by Kathy J. Greene, for the above decedent, the instrument: offered for probation as
the Last Will and Testament of Dorothy J. Adams, dated November 9, 2005, and testimony given at a
hearing held on December 17, 2008, IT IS DECREED that the document be admitted into probate as the
Last Will and Testament of Dorothy J. Adams.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters Testamentary be granted to Kathy J. Greene. Kathy J.
Greene shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed
with the administration of this estate according to law.
