Enclosed are an original and one copy of the Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Return, a
check in the amount of $532.03 representing the remainder of the inheritance tax due, one
copy of an Inventory of the Estate, and one copy of a Status Report Under Rule 6.12 for filing
in the above-captioned estate. I have also enclosed checks in the amount of $30.00
representing the filing fees for the tax return and the inventory, and $50.00 representing the
additional probate fee due.
I have enclosed a copy of the first page of each to be stamped in and returned to me in
the pre-addressed envelope provided. Thank you.
