ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 6TH day of JANUARY, 2009, after having reviewed the exhibits
it is hereby ordered and directed as follows:
1.) Members First Federal Credit Union shall provide the Executrix with a
full accounting of the Decedent's Accounts beginning with the account balances at the
time of the Decedent's death and include any and all debits, credits, deposits, and
withdrawals to and from the Accounts since the time of the Decedent's death to the
present date.
2.) Members First may escrow the sum of $10,000 to secure the monthly
payments due on account numbers 83916 - 07 and 83916 - 08 until such time as the
other assets securing said loans have been liquidated and the loans paid in full. Interest
shall be paid on said escrow account at a rate equal to the highest interest payable on any
account held lyy decedent with Members First on the date of his death.
3.) All sums remaining in decedent's accounts after the said $10,000 has been
escrowed shall be promptly paid to the estate.
