AMENDED DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 6`" day of January, 2009, upon consideration of the Amended Petition for Grant
of Letters filed by Gerald E. Fitzgerald, for the estate of Patrick J. Fitzgerald, IT IS HEREBY
DECREED that the Decree of the Register of Wills, dated December 12, 2008 setting the surety
bond in the amount of $2,200,000 is amended to reflect that the bond amount shall be $360,000.
IT IS ALSO DECREED that upon the proper filing the Bond of Personal
Representative, Letters of Administration shall be granted to Gerald E. Fitzgerald. Gerald E.
Fitzgerald shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of Pennsylvania
and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
